Positive: Location is excellent, facilities are excellent too. Great to have parking available. Our first apartment on the 2nd floor was excellent in every way. Apartment 212.

Negative: Apartment 307 ( our 2nd stay ) was also excellent but the bathroom was not really great. It had a shower over a very deep bath that was quite dangerous to climb in and out of with no hand rail.

Summary: We had an excellent stay.

Negative: it was a bit inconvenient having to pick up keys from central location, but actually worked out OK. Glad we could leave keys in apartment on check out.

Positive: My favourite place to stay in Hobart! So close to things I enjoy: food, the waterfront and the markets! Great comfortable beds, lovely sofa, fully equipped kitchen & laundry, love the view. Can’t fault staying here. We had a 3 bedroom penthouse: 10/10

Negative: the apartment and location was overall good, however my wife left a novel in the apartment and did not realise this until we returned home We called and confirmed they had the book, however female employee wanted $25.00 to mail it even though a prepaid express post envelope would cost Approx $15.00 which we were happy to pay. needless to say we did not agree and did not want to pay more that the book cost. very disappointing service
