Positive: - the lady who worked on reception when we checked in was lovely. Probably the nicest person we met during our stays in Peru. - tea available downstairs at all times - location is good and the receptionist gave us a map for restaurants, markets, supermarkets etc - good variety for breakfast
Negative: - breakfast is early, which worked for us so we went down just after breakfast started. However, they started bringing additional foods out such as eggs after we’d finished which was a little frustrating. - the upper floors are a construction site, presumably to expand the hotel, but was a little noisy at times - there was a heater in the room but it wouldn’t turn on

Positive: The location is excellent just one block from the main plaza yet relatively quiet. Great hot water in the shower. We were very sick with altitude sickness, and the staff took such good care of us with endless thermoses of hot water for infusions, medicine, and conversation. The staff was so kind and caring, above and beyond.
Negative: The mattress and pillows were hard. We prefer a little softer.

Positive: Hostess Yanina was super helpful, bright and bubbly. They managed to retrieve an item left on the shuttle bus from Juliaca so I am ever so grateful 🙏 Lovely Hot! shower and spacious room. I would recommend this establishment if you are happy with clean, basic amenities. Great breakfast too.
Negative: Pillows were really hard
