Other Policy If you would like to go to pemuteran for a beachday and visit the biorock structures there, we have a taxi service for a low rate of idr 75.000 per way. free private parking is also available, booking, the payment of the deposit amount confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and shall be binding on the guests’ intention to occupy the premises whether or not such people have signed the booking form, rates, all rates are quoted in idr and include service fee, government taxes and wi-fi. 50% payment is due at time of booking. the remaining balance can be paid on arrival, cash or via our credit card machine suitable for master and visa card. in case of a credit card payment in bali 2% will be added. the minimum rate applies to 1 and/or 2 guests using one room. children up to and including 2 years old will not be charged if they use a baby cot or sleep in the same bed as the parents. baby cots and a highchair are available free of charge. your rental comes with the facilities listed on the relevant web page. expenses made at the villa are quoted in idr, included / not included, rates include normal use of water, cost of electricity, tea and coffee, housekeeping services (including clean sheets and towels). beverages from the fridge are not included. rates in the villas do not include breakfast, lunch and dinner, and beverages from the fridge. a cleaning and refilling of the fridge is scheduled daily. the cleaning includes a change of towels and sheets on average every 4 to 5 days. a more frequent cleaning is possible, upon request (within reason). any excessive cleaning required upon departure, can be charged. no other additional services, non-mentioned here, are included, cancellation policy, 50% of prepayments are refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier, 0%is refundable if canceled within 60 days of planned arrival, refunds will be sent without transfer fees, checking in & out, general check-in time is from 15:00 and general check-out time is prior to 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed, occupancy / number of guests, on arrival guests will be asked for their passports or identity cards, so that the front office can register the guests in accordance with regulations. the standard capacity differs per villa. we ask customers to state clearly during booking the final number of all guests who will be arriving, if the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, this must be agreed on booking and any changes must be advised prior to arrival. sumberkima hill reserves the right to refuse extra guests if the number exceeds the maximum capacity after a booking has been made. if extra guests arrive at the property on or after the arrival date unexpectedly, the front office is within the right to refuse the guests or make an additional charge, complaints, if, during your stay in the villa, the guest should run into any problem or issue deemed as cause for complaint concerning our property, the matter should be taken up with the front office, so a solution can be provided if possible, nature and environment, since we are in the tropics and in the middle of nature you can expect to encounter insects and small animals like cicak’s and gekko's (animals that eat the insects) during your stay, the views from the villas will vary depending on the season. the rainy season is typically from november until may and the vegetation will become greener. the dry season starts around may till november and the area around us will slowly become drier. more green surroundings can be expected starting mid december to june on average.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Positive: I booked this place, because the hotel is very good at its marketing. Place looks amazing and in real life, the villas indeed look nice, the nature is stunning and it's a huge complex tucked away in a relaxing area. Everything was ok, but nothing stood out to me, to be honest. Food is ok, but not special. Staff is friendly, but not over the moon like in most places. The villas are good, but nothing memorable.
Negative: When I checked in, it was very hot in the villa. I turned on the ac, went for diner, came back in the villa... and it was still too hot. for some reason, the AC kept turning off every 30 minutes, making it impossible to sleep. I informed the staff, they send somebody to fix it, the technician said it was fixed, but it still kept turning off every 30 minutes. 4 times, somebody came to fix it, the problem was never solved. I had to move the matrass to the living room to get some sleep (ac in the living room worked normal). They offered me a free massage for the inconvenience, but that ended up being only words. Internet was very slow, only 2 mb/sec on the 1st night and that was around midnight when probably nobody else was using it. 2nd night, it was only 500kb/sec. 3th & 4th day it was even out for multiple hours, which is a nightmare as a digital nomad. Absolute unacceptable for a 4star resort. I've been traveling through Asia for 3 years now, and I've never experienced such a bad internet, not even in remote places like Borneo or Raja Ampat. No amenities. Toothbrush costs 25.000 IDR

Negative: We visited 2nd time to this villa and 4th time to Sumberkima. This is the 1st time when stray dogs appeared in the territory. Because everything except bedrooms is open, stray dogs just run around all the time. We informed the staff, and they promised to ask the dog's owners to take the dogs inside, but nothing changed not this nor the next day. This is one of my favorite places in Bali, that's why I didn't leave a negative review but want to inform you about the problem. BTW if you are a dog person — it could be a plus for you :)

Positive: The place is quiet and peaceful, it has two good restaurants and a spa. The staff spoke English so I was able to get what I needed when I needed it.
Negative: Not much, it was having a millipede swarm which is normal for millipede mating season.

Positive: Bed was somewhat comfortable. The main pool is nice. The artsy décor and exhibition in the lobby are interesting. The 2 restaurants inside the complex provide lots of choices. The villa was pretty nice, but it was dark and barely had a view.
Negative: Not even gonna put too much effort into writing properly. Constant bass music from neighbours, and chants from Mosques. The villa (Anak Arun) was very dark. DOZENS OF THOUSANDS of centipedes throughout the whole property. They crawled inside the house, I had to pick at least 5 or 6 every hour. The food (especially breakfast if your booking doesn't include it) at the western style restaurant was pretty good but very slow. Way too many influencers and people from certain nationalities, even in low season. Expensive and far from everything - ok if you just want a closed/retreat/onsite experience. As usual in places like this, it looks much better in the photoshopped pictures. I'm sure this was a nice place in the past, but at least for me, I won't return.

Positive: Great view, good Wi-Fi, nice place for making Instagram photos.
Negative: The air conditioner remote control wasn’t working in one of the rooms. The shower drain got clogged, causing water to flow into the room. The Sumberkima team didn’t have any complimentary slippers for us, nor did they have a large vase for flowers.
Summary: Nice, but the Sumberkima Hill Team could put much more attention to details
