Positive: The apartment is an excellent value for money. Spacious, well lit and nicely decorated, has all the necessary stuff be it a washing or drying machine, bath or a kitchen with all the cutlery to cook your meals, 2 big flat screen smart TVs in each room, or a Japanese smart toilet :) Located in “Japanese” quarter full of authentic Japanese restaurants and cafes, as well as Japanese groceries and corporations. There’s a nice pond with lots of fish in surrounded by a wide range of coffee shops and local bars. The apartment has its own dedicated entrance - you get an access with the push of a keychain button to unlock the garage door.

Negative: The only noticeable setback was a an unpleasant smell in a bath seemingly coming out of the sewer.

Summary: Excellent choice for a long stay whether you travel on your own, with a family or on a business trip
