Positive: The location was great. Plenty of room for all seven of us and enough space to park two cars off the street.
Negative: We thought all the beds could have been better. The bunks must have been ok since my son in-law chose to sleep there instead of on the one that squeaked a lot. The one downstairs where the wife and I slept was very uncomfortable and not large enough.
Summary: Very enjoyable short stay at this location.

Positive: The property was well maintained and clean. The owners have obviously put some time, money, and effort into making this a welcoming place. It is also well located. Carry on down the street and you’ll find the sea front.
Negative: There is no closet space or hooks or bedside table to put any of your belongings upstairs in the bedroom. We only stayed one night but I’m sure if you stayed longer this would be an issue.
Summary: Enjoyed the adventure.

Positive: This was a super place to spend a few nights to hang with friends before a cruise. It had everything you would expect and then some. Loved the plush towels and the guys loved the massage chair!
Negative: It was on a pretty busy (noisy traffic) corner but wasn’t terrible. A yard area would be nice but since we didn’t have kids or dogs it wasn’t a deal breaker.
Summary: Perfect place for a quick getaway!

Positive: came for a soccer tournament in the beach for my 15 year old. the price was about the same as 2 bedrooms at a hotel but more space, more beds and everyone fit in 1 place.
Negative: minor things like main restroom door at the main bedroom didn't lock. but is still a 5 star place.

Negative: Communication was a bit confusing. Email we first received said to call to get info on getting into the house. We tried calling but was unable to talk to anyone. Called booking.com. No help whatsoever from them. Sent text to the number we were to call and they did reply saying we would get a email with all the info we needed to get into the house closer to time for check in.
