Located in St Joe Beach, access is 3 blocks away, dog-friendly and it faces West to enjoy those beautiful sunsets!
The space
Located between the town of Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. The Bungalow is a single level 2 Bed 1.5 Bath home that can sleep 6. If you are looking to enjoy the beautiful G ysand beaches and a laid back community, then this is the place for you. A big plus - St Joe Beach is dog friendly.
The bungalow has a beach cart to haul beach necessities, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella you are welcome to use.
There is usually a Cool Breeze on the porches of our bungalow. With comfortable furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, quiet location and a short walk to the beach -this vacation home could soon become your favorite.

Beaches: there are 4 beautiful beaches to explore, each has it's own uniqueness!
☆ St. Joe Beach only 3 blocks away at the end of our street. Walkable or drive and park beachside where you will find a small sand path to the beach.
☆ Mexico Beach is less than a 5 minute drive with several access
points.
☆ Windmark Beach can be accessed in WindMark Village.
☆ Cape San Blas is 30 minutes away and a lovely drive!
Other things to note
Additional Space: there is an additional small studio apartment above the workshop that is set in the back corner of the lot. It sleeps 3 with a kitchenette and full bath. This is a separate listing at 'that you can rent at a discount if you are needing extra space. Please note this separate listing could be rented during your stay but is far enough away to not deter from your experience. It is not visible from either the porch or main living areas.
Pets: A fee of $20 per night or $100 week (per pet) will be required. Pets considered on an individual basis.

Summary: We had an amazing week at Summer Breeze. Ms. Sherrie is great, and has went above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. With a wagon, chairs, and coolers, you are sure to have everything you need for the beach if you forget anything. Beach access is just down the street, and easily accessible. We will definitely return!

Summary: House was clean and had everything I needed. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful uncrowded beaches. Bed super comfy with nice linens and pillows. My dog and I loved sitting on the screened porch for morning coffee, and exploring on the dog friendly beach. Will definitely be back!

Summary: We absolutely loved staying here the house was comfy clean the kids loved it the water was amazing. We found crabs frogs geckos stingrays jelly fish sand dollars swordfish and much more. It was a wonderful stay. The community is absolutely as amazing as the area! Our stay in this wonderful place has us looking to buy! We highly recommend staying here and if we don't get to move here and live in this paradise of a community we will absolutely be back to this beachside bungalow!
