This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cottage is located in the heart of picturesque Village of Pentwater. Just steps from downtown area with restaurants and upscale shopping and a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. This Historic 1860’s Cottage was fully renovated in 2005 with the addition of a large screened in deck with fully adjustable canvas awnings for relaxing and enjoying outdoor eating and visiting in the summer evenings. The Cottage has been completely redecorated with brand new furnishings in a nautical and beach theme making it a welcoming home for family gatherings. Come enjoy beautiful and relaxing Pentwater!!

Summary: Perfect place to retreat from the big city. I stayed by myself, but local family came and went. The house is a beautifully appointed oasis in the perfect location. The owner is very accommodating and truly cares about the comfort of her guests. Loved my time in beautiful Pentwater.

Summary: This is the perfect property in an amazing location. Walking distance to everything. The screened in deck is a great place to drink coffee in the mornings and play games in the evenings. The property has everything you could possibly need for your stay. They thought of everything!

Summary: Our family absolutely loved this quaint home in Pentwater…It was so nicely appointed with all of the necessary amenities including flashlights in each bedroom…We thoroughly enjoyed it for our recent family gathering…Our parents always had a summer home (cottage) in Pentwater so it is a favorite hotspot for us…We continue to cherish special memories together in Pentwater…Love it…❤️

Summary: This cottage is absolutely wonderful and in close proximity to everything in Pentwater. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the porch, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. Summary: This property was a great house with a great location. Check-in and check-out were easy. The house had several amenities which made some things easier and less stressful. Our family really enjoyed the screened-in porch and the location to downtown Pentwater and all it had to offer.

Summary: The home was perfectly situated within walking distance of everything in town. It was very homey with exquisite attention to every detail. From the decorating to the little touches to the corner yard where we enjoyed playing games, it was just perfect. Anyone who has visited this home knows the best feature is the screened in porch. It was a great place to gather. Our teenage boys were hesitant about the trip, and they absolutely loved the weekend! The owner has thought of everything to make it a special experience for all who visit - regardless of age! Thank you for a wonderful weekend of reconnecting and lasting memories!
