Impressive and private estate home located in double gated community in Lely Resort. Enjoy beautiful golf course and lake view. House has 4 bedrooms + den with sleep in sofa, private separate cabbana which is ideal for separate family or guest with bathroom and kitchenette. House has 3,5 baths, sleeps 8 in comfort and 2 in sleeping sofa at den.
Main house has three bedrooms, dining room, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, office with sleep in sofa and powder room. Two of the bedrooms has queen size bed, Master has kingsize bed.

Summary: We got to the house and there was no TVs working anywhere. The worst part about it is that they did not even let us know it prior to arrival. It took over a week for it to be resolved. They did not offer any refund for the inconvenience but thought a day of free pool passes would suffice. It was election week. We did like the house and the pool at the home.

Summary: We had a fantastic two week vacation at the villa. It was spotlessly clean and lived up to our expectations perfectly. We did have a couple of issues that needed attention but Beate the property manager and Oskari the rental agent were straight on the case and all issues were resolved efficiently and electively in a very timely manner. The villa is beautiful and very well equipped for a family. We loved the pool area and relaxing in the comfy chairs. The Players Club is amazing and this with the villa makes for a fantastic vacation and we will definitely be returning. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Summary: The house with its own heated pool and the location overlooking the 16 hole of the golf course cannot be beat. The amenities around the community are plentiful. Golf, pickleball, tennis and swimming. We were 9 people all together and there was plenty of space. The wifi worked great for those working remotely. Will definitely go again.

Summary: House was spotless. Plenty of extra linens and towels. Owners were responsive immediately with any questions and made sure any concerns were addressed immediately. Highly recommend!!
