During your stay, pick fresh veggies for your dinner from our garden. Let your family experience caring for our resident goats.
Unique family getaway. Relax in our secluded, private backyard while experiencing a taste of farm life. We have goats, guinea hens, a large garden and koi pond. Please note that we do ask that you feed the goats and daily. Food and instructions will be provided. If you prefer, our animal caretaker can come by twice a day to handle it for you for a small additional fee.
Family friendly home complete with in-ground pool, mini golf holes, firepit, sauna, koi pond, horseshoe pits, game room & playground. Enjoy our backyard nestled on a secluded acre+ of property. This home provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There's no need to leave once you're here, but if you're looking to get out we are conveniently located near outlet shopping, Splish Splash water park, the Long Island Game Farm, Riverhead Raceway, an abundance of vineyards and farm stands as well as the Long Island Vodka Distillery, and boutique shopping and spa services at the East Wind hotel. Cedar Beach is a 20 minute drive & Smith Point Ocean Beach is a little under 30 minutes. Absolutely, something to please everyone! Everything is here waiting for bring food & clothes & sit back & enjoy!
For rainy days, our fully playroom will keep guests of all ages entertained. Wage a family competition of basketball or skee ball or have an all out nerf fight. Games, books, blocks, toys... Don't forget to say hi to our bearded dragon Rex. You can even feed him if you would like.
For outdoor fun enjoy our HUGE playground with 4 slides, swings, 2 rock walls and more!
Don't miss out on a game of horseshoes while the kids play, or just relax in the pool or by the cozy outdoor firepit.

Summary: What a great time in this very homey and clean rental! The home was conveniently located near some great attractions but honestly the host had so many fun activities for us to do right in their home. Taking care of the animals was a family favorite. The kids loved them. We were left with instructions on how to care for the animals during our stay, and as a city girl, I’d say it was a lot easier than I thought. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. The communication was easy and quick whenever I had questions. Thank you Rita and Bob for an awesome stay! Would totally recommend to stay here.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this lovely house. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The playroom was stocked with terrific toys and an air hockey table. The backyard was absolutely gorgeous with a large yard, stunning in ground pool, extensive jungle gym, and fire pit. This house is in a wonderful location, right near Shoreham beach and some lovely picking farms. The owners were always available, and very kind, going out of their way to make sure we had a perfect vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially a family with children. We would love to come back again!

Summary: We stayed at Rita’s place for a 3-day bachelorette weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better host! Rita was so helpful and communicative! We took the ferry over from CT and Rita gave us some great tips for the drive from Orient Point (so many cute farmstands and beautiful vineyards!) She had bachelorette-themed pool floats waiting for us in the pool (which we jumped into the second we got there!), a basket full of s’mores goodies, crackers, bachelorette-themed plates and shot glasses, and even a wrapped gift for the bride. There were also beverages, goodies, and frozen treats for us in the fridge. The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us! Rita supplied plenty of bath and beach towels for all of us. We cooked breakfast at the house on Saturday morning and grilled on Saturday night and the house is supplied with everything you could need for that. The bride chose to sleep in the kid’s bedroom and got a huge kick out of sleeping in the custom bed, so I imagine an actual child would enjoy it even more! LOL The pool is beautiful, and it’s so relaxing spending time in the backyard. The fire pit was set up and ready for us to have a fire on our first night, so we made good use of the s’mores supplies. We had a wonderful time and can’t recommend Rita’s place enough!

Summary: My stay here was for a bachelorette party for my sister in law. We had 6 girls in total. Upon arrival, Rita had goodies in the fridge for us to enjoy and had made a basket for us and the bride to be! When i looked out at the pool, I saw that the goodies did not stop there! Rita had left bachelorette themed pool floats for us to use. Rita helped the bride to be feel special and loved :). She went above and beyond for us!! The house was beautiful and clean. Everything was as described in the listing... and better. I was given a walk through when I first arrived at the house which was very helpful! We loved our stay! Highly recommended!

Summary: We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend away from the city at Rita's house. It was absolutely perfect for our two young children - they were in heaven in the pool, on the playscape, and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The house has everything you need for a lovely summer escape! We'd love to return again soon.
