3 Bedroom House in Okanagan-Similkameen, Osoyoos

A perfect getaway with golfing, wine tasting, relaxing,and water sports Beautiful two level property facing the lake lets you sit and enjoy the natural beauty. Two full bathrooms and three bedrooms sleep nine comfortably on the second level. A powder room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, including fireplace are on the main level. A patio facing the lake has a bbq ready for outdoor entertaining. All linen and cooking needs are provided.
For families with young children there is a roped off swimming area and sandy shallow play areas for building sand castles! An amusement park one block away is ideal for evening fun for young and old.
There is On site management to deal with anything that arises. This is a non-smoking resort.
Ideal for summer fun or snowbirds looking to enjoy a winter vacation.
During the winter months ( November to April inclusive) we do require a minimum stay of a month. Join us for lots of activities and events at the resort. Our common room has the morning coffee meeting area. Come stay and make new friends.

Summary: Nice property. Was in the Okanagan for a little work, so did a mix of work and a little vacation with family. Location is excellent. Nice to have garage as well as a second parking spot assigned. Would stay there again.

Summary: This is a fantastic spot for a family getaway. Joanne was very helpful with questions beforehand. The pool on the property, as well as the private park on the lake, were great and convenient to access. No driving around to find parking - just walk across the street and you're there! The townhouse itself is well equipped for sleeping arrangements as well as kitchen utilities. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again!

Summary: Great communication with the owner! She even upgraded the Telus Optic TV package for us to add the Sportsnet bundle so we could watch the Oilers during our winter getaway from Alberta. Listing is accurate. Very comfortable and spacious. The garage is a bonus, and also has an assigned parking lot spot for your 2nd vehicle. Very little outdoor privacy from the neighbors, especially on the upstairs bedroom deck, but that is expected in a side by side townhouse complex. Very satisfied with our stay!

Summary: My girlfriends and I stayed at this property during a mid-week getaway from the hussle and bussle of our everyday lives. This property was perfect for us! There were enough beds for the 5 of us and the 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the lake. We took a daily dip in the warm lake waters but there is also a pool if you prefer that. Overall great property with great location.

Summary: We loved our stay! A pool out the front door and the beach out the back door. Such a perfect way to wind down our summer as a family. We will definitely be back next year! Joanne was an excellent host who was very responsive when we had questions.
