Guests enjoy the patio & chairs where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. It a 1 room efficiency. A double bed, 2 Burner glass cooktop, Small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, TV, wireless internet.
My place is close to Lake Winnipesaukee, the public beach and boat launch 200 yds away. There is a walking trail on route 11 just before the bay. The Trail follows the outlet of the lake. At the entrance to the trail there is a place to get some great spring fed water. Gunstock Mountain is 1/2 hour away, Mount Major is 15 mins and has great hiking and views. Laconia, Weirs beach is 30 mins depending on summer traffic. The White Mountains or the beaches of the atlantic. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
The day you arrive I will try to be there to welcome you, if I can't I leave the door unlocked and the key on the dining table.

Summary: Bill, the host, was great at responding to my messages. The "Tool Shed" is wonderfully rustic and in a quiet area. I am so happy I spent a few days there. Highly recommended for a couple, or a single, looking to get away.

Summary: Nicknaming this place the tool shed makes you assume its smaller than it is. This cabin is no bigger or smaller than any other little cabin in the area. The place was clean and the owner was super friendly and accommodating. The ride to weirs beach for bike week was a nice ride. Never felt too far but far enough that you’re away from all the traffic.Would definitely rent here again.

Summary: Bill is a friendly host and makes everything so simple! The cottage is just as described/shown in the listing - only even quainter and more well-stocked than we had imagined. We couldn't have been more pleased. AC works great - even on 95 degree days. Refrigerator has actual separate freezer space - its own top door. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, linens. Cold water is wonderfully cold and refreshing. Shower, hot water and water pressure are outstanding in the shower. You do need your own soap and shampoo. Also a very tall or large person might find the bathroom a bit confining.
