Positive: Beautiful, cozy and very quiet apartment in a good location in a quiet part of Perea. The furniture of the apartment is new, the kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you can think of. All amenities especially for a longer stay. Each room has its own air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own personality, character and appearance. For us, the mattresses were very comfortable, and the towels were soft and thick. The huge, furnished terrace, which we enjoyed during our stay. The well-kept plants on the terrace contributed to the cozier atmosphere. There on the terrace it seemed as if time had stopped. Blinds and mosquito nets on the doors and windows. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need: toilet paper, personal hygiene products, for those who are distracted - disposable toothbrushes and tubes of toothpaste. They even provided a first aid kit and sunscreen! Stylishly and cleanly decorated apartment, there was nothing superfluous in it. Near the apartment is my favorite butcher shop, supermarkets and nice cafes. It turned out that every Monday there is a market day on the street next to the apartment. Very good internet. The promenade with restaurants and cafes is about 8 minutes walk from the apartment. There is always a parking space on the street where the apartment is located. The hosts are very kind, discreet and responsive. They helped in an unforeseen situation. I haven't been to such a stylish, clean and cozy place in a long time. I would come back there again, again and again. Thank you Bill-Vasilis for your attention to detail. And if I had to summarize I would say: Your home away from home amidst peaceful comfort

Positive: Very cosy and clean apartment that can fit a whole family or larger group of people. Each room has its own AC unit. It has fully equipped kitchen with numerous appliances. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a private parking.

Positive: Excellent apartment in a good location in a quiet part of Perea. Everything in the apartment is new, the kitchen is fully equipped. Each room has its own air conditioner. The apartment has a huge terrace, which we enjoyed during our stay. Near the apartment there are masutis shops, a meat shop, a vegetable and fruit shop. Promenade with restaurants and cafes is a 7-minute easy walk from the apartment. There is always a free parking space on the street in front of the apartment, if you come by car with parking, you will not have any problems. The hosts are wonderful and very kind.
