Summary: Our big family had a wonderful time on this property, close enough to all towns full of activities. The house fit our large family perfectly. The neighborhood is wonderful and the roaming dogs are very sweet. Kids had a blast and adults were very comfortable. Home owners were extremely hospitable and helpful with all rules and expectations. Lovely home and great place to stay

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The house was just as described. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a great setup for two families, with activities for all ages. We loved skiing out the back straight to the YMCA trails which came with free passes. Even the sledding down the back hill was great. Everything we needed was within a 15 minute drive, including ski rentals, groceries, etc. The owners were very responsive throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the property.

Summary: Last month we took our three teenage kids to Colorado to ski for the first time. I wanted them to experience Colorado in a way that a hotel or condo couldn't provide. This home was perfect. We shared it with our friends who also had two teenagers who never skied or seen snow. The house had plenty of room for the nine of us and we never felt crowded. Having three bathrooms was very nice! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare a meal. The beds were all very comfortable. The place was very clean. The wood pellet stove was awesome! It kept us very warm when the temp outside was -25! The driveway was plowed before we arrived. The drive to Winter Park is a very easy 20 minute trip to the resort. The kids enjoyed the hill and the sleds that were in the garage. There is no cable or dish, but that was absolutely no problem. The family time was perfect without the noise. Cell service was weak, but good enough for the couple times we needed to look up something. This house really was perfect! Thanks for sharing your home!

Summary: This was a great spacious cabin with great views and plenty to do nearby. We went snowmobiling & skiing at the local resorts. We played games (free) and went Fat Tire Mountain Biking ($40 rental each) at the YMCA right next door (5 minute drive). We dinned out at many of the local restaurants, which were reasonably priced, and there is a wide array of choices in cuisine for everyone's tastes. Of course the grocery store is close and the full kitchen/ gas grill is nice to dine in at night to save some money as well. The cabin if far enough away from the main areas to provide peace and quite, yet only a 15-20 minute drive to get to the hot spots of activities. There was plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of one another, and everything is nice and clean, which is important to me. One side note, we did make the day trip to Steamboat Springs, which is a little over 2 hours each way from the cabin. We hung out in the town all day for shopping, restaurants, and visiting the sulfur hot Springs. Then we took the short hike to Fish Creek Falls, which was a light hike, with a great vista of the falls. We finished the day off at Strawberry Park Hot Springs, which was amazing and relaxing. It was a great day and totally worth the drive. The drive itself was easy because of the scenery. If you have an extra day, it is totally worth the trip there. I really can't think of anything bad to say about the cabin. I would definitely stay there again, and suggest it to all my family and friends.

Summary: Great vacation home. Cozy, clean and comfortable. Great views. Easy to get to. Secluded area with easy access to major hot spots. Right next to YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch. Approximately 10 min from Winter Park Ski Resort and 7 min from Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Couldn't ask for a better place.

Summary: We loved this vacation home. The house is adjacent to the ski trails at Snow Mountain Ranch, so we could jump on the trails and ski. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The views are amazing. We felt secluded and away from the crowds even though it was a short drive into town for groceries. We highly recommend this rental.
