Summary: Fantastic stay at this house. Location was perfect for trips to town or the many beaches. The pool and outdoor space was terrific. House was very comfortable. Kevin was a super responsive host and very easy-going. It all made for a very relaxed and enjoyable vacation!

Summary: A group of friends and I stayed for a long weekend in June and had a fabulous time. We particularly loved the tennis courts, pool, and proximity to the beach! The house was well stocked with anything you could need and we would definitely rent again

Summary: Couldn't have asked for a better spot for our week long getaway to the Hamptons! Pictures don't do this place justice - the house is spacious and has everything you could need and more. The pool was perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The peaceful neighborhood yet close proximity to town make this spot a true gem! Kevin was extremely responsive and a great host. Hoping to return again next year!

Summary: 2nd summer at this house . Kevin is an excellent host . The kitchen is stocked with any utensils you could ever want including tons of dishes , bowls, trays and the list goes on and on . My family and I loved the pool and barbecued many times. Loved every minute and hope to return next summer .
