Summer Salt is a beautiful home with a great charm. There are gorgeous views of the ship channel. The balcony is a wonderful place to relax on with a morning cup of coffee. Summer Salt has a wonderful open floor plan....great for entertaining. Direc TV offers a variety of movie channels. The kitchen offers an open floor plan. Wake up and have a cup of coffee using the keurig. There is seating at the dining room for six and a kitchen bar that seats four additional. The living area includes a pull out sleeper sofa. There is a flat screen television. Summer Salt's master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a private bath. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkroom. The bunk bedroom houses a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. There are flat screen televisions in every bedroom. The second bathroom is very spacious. Summary: Great house and location. Would be a tight fit for 10 people but for seven adults we were able to all sleep comfortably. Dining area great for meals and game playing at night. Pool area is fantastic!! When contacting rental management the individuals were friendly and helpful. Addressed minor issue we had with garbage immediately.

Summary: Everything was clean & neat. Great location for everything. Golf cart kept us out of our personal vehicle the entire time. Even in rainy weather this house let us have a great weekend. Pool was awesome to have since it rained. Allowed us to grill & swim.

Summary: We had such a great stay! Loved the house, Porch in the evenings, Location was great not too far from beach. Our stay - the house was cleaned well and supplies for essentials were good. The Kitchen was Well stocked with dishes, plates, cups, utensils, mixing and serving items, pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, microwave - I was impressed with how well stocked all was for our use. Make sure you bring pool towels as you will be using the pool quite a bit as it was very relaxing and clean when we were there. They even had spare floaties for pool, now the condition of some of the floats were well used but really nice that we didn't need to blow all of ours up. Now- I am gonna say that the beds are comfortable Full size not Queens as they stated as the bedrooms are on the small size -but, not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to our friends!!

Summary: My second time renting this location. The first time only issue was our golf cart broke down twice. Was hopeful that wasn't gonna happen again, but once again golf cart broke at around 3:50 pm on Saturday. So i was stranded at the house had to wait for a family member to come get me to make it back to the beach front. I was told it would be an hour wait. No one came!..had to wait till Sunday morning for our replacement. The other problem we had was the dryer would not dry our clothes or towels!..and hanging our towels on the balcony was a bit difficult due to the high winds during the weekend. Although we love lay out and enjoy pool area for after beach, the fire pit would have been nice to use on chilly evening by the pool if it was working!!! We rememberit was one of our favorites last time renting. So, for 1,600$ I would definitely expect all these amenities to be in working order.And should be checked between renters to ensure satisfied customers. Last thing I want to don on my vacation is call and call for repairs! Which is the reason for my 3 star rating.

Summary: Overall, we loved this home and enjoyed our stay. Pros: Clean, well equipped home, on a cul de sac with quiet neighbors(mostly rental). Brand new green pan brand pots and pans, keurig coffee machine, enough dishes. Golf cart included. Short drive to the beach. The pool is very nice. Basic Washer/dryer. Cons: There were quite a few hiccups but all of our issues were satisfactorily resolved. After-hours number and property manager during the day available and responsive though few phone calls back and forth needed.

Summary: We had a family of 10 stay comfortable here. The house was very clean with no issues. The pool was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We also really loved having a golf cart available with our stay that was probably the best part!!
