The Space
This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is perfect for you Lake of the Ozarks vacation. This unit sleeps 8 people, and is fully stocked with all of the essentials you need to prepare meals. Featuring main channel views at the 12-mile marker, lakeside pool, indoor pool, a playground, basketball court, tennis court, gas BBQ grill, a boat launch, and a 14x32 boat slip available!
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features gorgeous white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful navy cabinetry and a large breakfast bar and four barstools.
Living Room
The living room features a sofa, flat screen tv, fireplace, and sliding glass doors that open up to the waterfront balcony. Fireplace not usable (Complex rules)
Master Suite
The Master Suite features a queen-sized bed, dresser, and sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony. The master bathroom has a single vanity sink, and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has queen bunk beds and a dresser.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Outside
The balcony features a glass top dining set, a gas BBQ grill, and amazing views of the beautiful main channel!
Dock
This unit has a 14x32 boat slip available for an extra fee per night. Boat rentals nearby!
**There is no trailer parking on site.
**MAKE SURE TO STOP AT THE OFFICE AND GRAB A PARKING PASS. The double doors on the office are always open and have blank parking passes inside. The complex enforces parking passes and will tow your car.

This unit is within walking distance of Four Seasons Café and Convenient store. Southwood Shores Condos are conveniently located off Horseshoe Bend, just a few minutes from all the events and excitement on the Bagnell Dam Strip, and central to tons of amazing lakeside bars and restaurants.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Summary: Location is awesome. Gated property. Boat ramp and access to a dock for your boat. Located in 4 seasons, a very upkept area. Appliances in the condo are all high tech. The view of the lake from the bedroom and deck are awesome. Check in process was a little long, having to do basically the entire booking process over again. Only downsides are the high cleaning service fee, and security deposit. If you boom directly through the agency running this, you'll save roughly 30 percent. Still pretty happy about it. Communicating was excellent. Had trouble getting in the first time with the keypad and they responded late at night fairly quickly and resolved our error.

Summary: I am pretty picky about the appearance and cleanliness of a property. This place was very clean and updated with modern decor. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels for the bathroom, gorgeous view of the lake. We had one issue with the location of the boat dock but the property management company came through quickly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: Only one step into front door, can park right in front of unit. Great for anyone who doesn't do many stairs. 2nd bedroom does experience some noise from parking lot. It was not an issue during our stay, but could be a problem during busier times. Indoor pool area is nice, especially for rainy days or cooler months. Since it was December when we stayed, we didn't spend much time outside. I can't really speak to the outdoor amenities.
