Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed. Our beds were super comfortable. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the outdoors. We chose this property because it was walking distance from the rest of our family which had rented a much larger house.

Summary: Check in was easy. The house was nice and had everything needed. The door lock battery died, however the owner quickly responded to fix it. The only suggestion was the floor was very dirty, nothing else was. Would stay again!

Summary: The property owners keep a clean and well maintained property. We enjoyed playing games and relaxing in the hot tub before our big Spartan Race! My sisters birthday falls on this weekend and we had a great weekend in nearby downtown.

Summary: We had a great time! The property is perfectly maintained, & our favorite part was the fabulous back patio. It rained on & off throughout our stay (spring in TX), but it was not a problem as we were able to play cards at the little table on the back patio & then soak in the hot tub while the rain pitter-pattered on the covered porch. A note to future guests - this property is adorable! - it's the nicest place in the neighborhood. One neighbor across the street has what I'll refer to as a "modern art installation" of two used mattresses on display in their front yard, but obviously that's out of the owner's control. We always felt safe, & we didn't have any issues. If you're there on a Friday or Saturday night, check out The Grove Wood Fired Pizza. It's 5 minutes away, & it's delicious. We had a wonderful weekend stay with terrific hosts!

Summary: My husband and I came for a little Weekend Getaway! The place was very nicely decorated and very clean. Plenty of room for a big family if you needed. It rained on us so we did not get to enjoy much of the outside, but the hot tub is covered so we took full advantage of that!! We would definitely consider coming back again!
