Welcome to the best kept secret in St. Augustine. Summerhouse has everything you need to have the vacation of your dreams, with 4 heated pools(in winter), tennis courts, shuffleboard, playgrounds, gym, racquetball courts, private beach access and so much more.
This ground floor ocean view condo features a private patio with a direct view of the beautiful sandy beach and the Atlantic ocean. Sit back, and enjoy the view and ocean breezes.
Wonderfully decorated, comfortable and cozy will come to mind when you step into our condo. Featuring a fully stocked kitchen with coffeemaker, dishwasher, blender, and microwave, just to name a few. Our condo also has a breakfast bar, dining room with seating for six (6). The living room has plenty of seating as well to enjoy family time or sit back and enjoy that favorite movie.
When it’s time to call it a day, you will be happy you chose to stay in our condo. Situated right off the living room you will find the owner’s suite with a very comfortable queen size bed and private bath. And whether you are there with friends or family, they will enjoy a great nights sleep in second bedroom with two (2) twin sized bed. But no worries; if you have more guests, the living room has queen size sofa sleeper.
The condo features your own private WIFI, and flat screen TV's in every room.
Our condo is located near the Matanzas Inlet where you can see the unspoiled beauty of nature. Then you can take a short drive north and you will find yourself in the heart of the oldest city in the United States, historic downtown St. Augustine.

Summary: Summerhouse is a great family destination with pools and easy beach access. This unit is fine but somewhat dated and dark.

Summary: This was perfect for the family. We were within walking distance of the pool and the beach. The only issue we had, which was remedied quickly, was the code we received to get in and out of the beach gate was the incorrect code.

Summary: Smelled very musty. 3 out of 4 blowing nose whole time. No allergies. One hot pad one dish towel. Needed to use our own garbage bags. No sponge to wash dishes. Back door did not lock. PVC pipe for a door lock. Could have had more shower towels. We had no bath mat. Throw rugs need to be replaced. How about upgrading the TV. How about a railing around the step down. We had several people trip on it. All of this is very petty but we have stayed at Summer House numerous times. Thank you. You asked and I’m giving you my thoughts.

Summary: We've been staying at Summer House off and on for 30 yrs. Started when our kids were young and now returning with their kids. Love it! However over the years I have had several back surgeries that prevented me from traversing the new high pitched stairs to the beach. That prevented me from being able to enjoy my walks on the beach and no handicapped walkways. You might want to add that to ypur info. And please add dish towels & something to scrub pots with to your kitchen...tks

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our grandson was here for a surprise visit and we decided to stay at the beach for a few days. We love staying at Summerhouse and have made many return visits over the years. We love the beach location and the multiple pools on the premises. The negative for us is a personal one with the unit which is the step down to the family room area. I had forgotten some of the units still have this feature.

The SummerHouse Condo complex is still recovering from the 2017 hurricanes but had little impact on our stay. Several of the buildings are under extensive repair but otherwise thing were beautiful.
