Positive: The complex was beautiful and the views were amazing outside and pools were great
Negative: Our townhouse was dirty had not been cleaned in a while and we had roaches in the kitchen we clean it up ourselves and the glass sliding door was so hard to opened
Summary: The townhouse the view was awesome but it needs a thorough cleaning and spraying for bugs

Positive: the exterior grounds and pool were very well maintained. the location was very quiet. excellent access to the beach.
Negative: the condo was older and needed some updating. the patio door needs to be replaced as it was old and hard to open/close. the blinds were permanently open in the primary bedroom. the shower in the primary bedroom would not drain adequately. the downstairs toilet drain needs attention as it took multiple tries to flush. the place needs new paint. the bottom drawer of the stove is broken. living room furniture not very comfortable.

Positive: Right on the beach and a quiet uncrowded waterfront. Right by Fort Matanzas Park. WI Fi was OK. Bed was comfortable.Nice balcony. Adequate linens and towels Pools looked nice but too cold outside to use.
Negative: Sliding door lock to patio problematic, noisy ice maker, poorly working toaster.
