Positive: The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The condo was clean and well stocked with extra towels. The grounds and pool area were immaculate. The area was quiet and relaxing.
Summary: We enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back again .

Positive: The location is amazing and access to the beach is superb.
Negative: We were offered “late check out” but by the time we decided to purchase (the night before), they said it was too late. No deadline of time was given. The check-out instructions ask that we start a load of towels in the laundry. We could not find any detergent.

Positive: I loved the proximity to the beach. The condo was comfortable and recently updated.
Negative: The outdoor and indoor stairs are challenging for older people unaccustomed to climbing stairs.

Positive: Beautiful location - close enough to St. Augustine town, but very quiet next to the national seashore and within walking distance of Fort Matanzas. The beach was quiet any time of day, and has a beautiful walk to Matanzas River inlet, especially great for shelling at low tide. Our unit 223 was clean, well decorated, had very comfortable beds, with appliances in perfect working order, and was overall perfect for our family of six. Coffee on the balcony at sunrise is what a relaxing vacation should be! The pool and surrounding area was always clean. The staff take pride in the property, from the pool and maintenance guys to the office team. I even saw a front office worker in her suit picking up stray palm fronds on her way back to work.
Negative: The only reason I gave 9/10 is for all the rules in the HOA, which is fine, and helps keep the place clean and orderly, but can give parents of four preteens a bit of anxiety around the grounds when we just want to relax on vacation :) We had no other complaints, and our stay was perfect.
Summary: Summerhouse and Crescent Beach offered the perfect relaxation place needed to unwind after a hectic week at the Orlando
