Summary: We enjoyed another wonderful stay in Summerland. Everything is perfect about this house! This was our second stay at this home, and it did not disappoint. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Everything is well maintained. You can tell the owners really care about their home and work hard to keep everything nice. Noel is great to work with and communication is excellent. The description of this house is very accurate and it’s really set up well. Well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are very nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. The outdoor areas are very nice and set up well for a boat. Clean paver surface on all the outdoor areas are very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings, and taking in the open water views. There isn’t anything negative to say about this home or our stay. It’s a truly beautiful place and we would highly recommend it!

Summary: Everything about this rental is accurate, great location, well equipped, and the owner was extremely helpful and great to work with! Highly recommend this place, our favorite spot in the keys for sure!!

Summary: We loved everything about this property. Everything was EXTREMELY clean and well maintained! Beds are very comfortable. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you could need and the appliances, cabinets, and fixtures, were new and very clean. Very nice floor plan. Overall, everything about this house is very functional and well thought out. We stayed here for a month and there wasn’t anything I would change about this property. We especially enjoyed the screened in front porch with open water views across the street. Communication was excellent with the owner and the entire process was smooth. Excellent host!! Nice parking area with plenty of room for boat trailer. The outdoor areas are perfect. Almost the entire outdoor area is paved with nice pavers. It’s very nice to have a clean, smooth, surface throughout the property. 2 nice garden hoses. Well maintained outside chest freezer, fish cleaning table, excellent lighting, outdoor electrical outlets, beautiful outdoor covered bar area with a grill, and very nice outdoor furniture. Everything about the outdoor area makes keeping your boat in the canal easy. Nice canal with plenty of depth. Very protected and well marked channel into the canal. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful home and will look forward to staying here again!

Summary: This is one of my favorite homes we have rented. Loved the area down stairs to cook and hangout. The kitchen is fully stocked. You can tell this is a very clean home and not just a rental.

Summary: WOW ! Great property. We have been renting in the area for years. This is by far my favorite property. The outdoor space and bar was a big hit for us. The inside is all brand new and well maintained. The owner was super easy to work with. We will be back!!

Summary: Property is very clean and nicely appointed. The property is in a great location in the keys. Just 30 minutes from the Key West airport. The house was perfect for our needs. We were able to comfortably entertain family and friends at various times during our stay. We loved the outdoor space, including being able to dock our boat at the property. Owners were very accommodating. They left great recommendations for dinning in the area.

Summary: The home has the perfect lighting that makes you melt into this oasis. Lighting, seating all great quality furniture. Great boat lift, fishing area was working and all kept up well. Outdoor shower head. Nice carport area, with a gate making you feel safe. Would go again with friends, family or for a work away from home getaway. Thanks for being great host and for the feather pillows 👍🏽 Great quality was huge, the timer fans!! Such a great win with me and my allergies. Was a pleasure to of stayed in your home.thank you for your hospitality Beautiful memories were made.
