Positive: Okay price for a big family and it's close to the AB park. Spacious outdoor dining area.

Negative: Checking in was strange. Although we gave the exact arrival time, no one was there. When we called the contact number, they answered in Russian and hung up. We received a message with another number. We learned that the son of the family would arrive soon. When he did, he worked on his trailer for 5 minutes before saying hello. A donkey was walking around freely near the house, this large animal was terrifying around small children. The yard was not closed either, we asked to close the gates so that we could have a donkey-free zone. Donkey still got in at some point. The idea of staying near the zoo was nice, but mostly it was a shame to see how these animals live. Using the stove and kettle together blew out the plugs in the house. The bedrooms were super stuffy in the summer. And the roosters crowed all morning. The pond by the small house, which looked nice in the pictures, was actually a place for animals to swim. Host said that if there were cattle in front of the door, push them away.

Positive: Place was incredible. There was all comforts whish was needed, toilet, shower, kitchen area, conditioner, beds and so on. This place was heaver for the kids. There was so many animals to watch and touch. Kids loved this place.

Negative: Bed sheets and towels did not look clean. I missed my own bed sheets and towels. Entering from the gate was very muddy and there was pretty big hole which was quite dangerous for the car.
