Summary: This property was our favorite house we have rented in Vegas yet. We have rented about six in the last two years. The area of summerlin for me cannot be beat. The home was in a very quiet safe and charming neighborhood. Easy access to both local highways. The house decor is very cute the beds extremely comfy which is very important when you stay for a month! The pool nicely heated. The hosts where very easy to deal with. No real issues that where not resolved immediately. The house came very well equipped with basic supplies. It was perfect for us we where only two people so perfect size. I worked from there so great to have a desk set up in one of the bedrooms so did not bother my husband while I was working. Great wifi, many streaming channels. Such pretty view of the mtns out the back. Love the location and would rent again in a heartbeat without a thought. Just felt like home ! Smiths grocery on lake mead highway pretty easy to get to and probaly best grocery market there I have found. The farmers market in downtown summerlin on sat was really cute and great fruit and veggies along with some other nice vendors. All in all a great stay felt very safe!

Summary: We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. Neighborhood was great and the house was better than the pictures! Owners were very attentive, and had everything supplied that we would ever need. Would definitely look into staying again!

Summary: This house is absolutely gorgeous! I’m a big fan of the show Fixer Upper where Joanna Gaines & her husband rehab & decorate homes. This home reminds me of one of Joanna’s beautiful and tasteful designs. Even though the house was so stylish it was still very comfortable! Everything from laundry products to kitchen supplies were available. It’s so nice to be in a home where the hosts have thought of everything! The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was a real treat.

Summary: Incredible house, literally everything we could have ever wanted. Close to shopping and easy on/off access to major highways. Want to hit the Strip? Few minutes drive. Summary: After 20 years of renting vacation stays through VRBO, Paul and Danielle have taken hospitality to a level that surpassed ALL of our expectations in terms of cleanliness, supplies, design & décor, location, and outdoor living space. Staying in this home makes you feel like a pampered family member instead of a random stranger. We just kept finding special touches that made us look at each other and say, "Can you believe this place?" The Summerlin area has tons of shopping, professional sporting events, Farmers' Markets, hiking in Red Rock Canyon, entertainment at Red Rock Casino, and is also an easy 20 minute drive to the Strip and only 50 minutes to Hoover Dam. From the ease of check-in/check-out to their offer to reset the timing of the water feature in the pool, Paul and Danielle are clearly committed to ensuring their guests thoroughly enjoy themselvesF!

Summary: We arrived at Las Vegas around 100+ heat and the house was nicely cooled and refreshing. The house itself was very gorgeous and the neighborhood is very clam and safe. The house had everything you would need like towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, fuctioning oven/ fridge, etc. The house also included Disney plus and Netflix which was perfect for a day to relax inside the house and avoid the Vegas heat. 10/10 experience. My family and I enjoyed our week long trip!

Summary: This was one of the best vacations we ever had. The vacation house is super clean. The location is also great, it is a super quiet area but it still can get to the commercial area in minutes. We spent tons of time at the pool as well. It was so much fun. Highly recommended.
