Positive: Awesome location, just 3 min to metro (which is a shelter also). Beautiful street with lots of cafes and coffee shops. The room is clean, the bed is quite comfortable, AC working, hot water all the time. The staff is helpful and kind.
Negative: Would be nice to have salt/pepper/napkins in the kitchen. Upon arrival there are two tea bags, a few sticks of sugar. Would be nice to have supply for all days of the stay. Coffee would be very appreciated!
Summary: The stay was good, location perfect, stayed there already two times and would choose again.

Positive: It is a very cosy, clean apartment in the city center. I rented a room with sauna and massage bath - top experience. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. Also especially lovely was to meet an administrator lady who suggested to help with my luggage and cleaned the room faster so I could move in before 14:00. Everything was really great. So awesome that I even booked it for my second visit to Kyiv.
Summary: Excellent experience

Positive: A perfect value between comfort and price. Very kind and professional staff. Comfortable beds which is not always easy to find in Kyiv.
Negative: I missed just a grater for Parmigiano cheese and plastic colander for pasta, but I am Italian and I love to cook. It was not a big problem.
