Positive: Spectacular views. Great beach. Sprawling facilities. Nice rooms. Great place to bring little kids because the bay is flat with little waves.

Negative: It's isolated from town, so if you don't have a car you're kinda stuck at the. Hotel.

Positive: Amazing location, beautiful beach with clean white sand which was meticulously cleaned during the day and evening by Paolo - the ONLY person in the whole hotel who did a diligent job. Clear water and shallow shoreline which is great for those who can't swim. The room was modern and clean. Everything else isn't even worth mentioning. But if you are curious, read below.

Negative: The staff were the worst I even seen and I've seen many, trust me. All of them - from the staff working at the reception to the waiters at the restaurant - had a very clear preferential attitude towards Italians. At the restaurant, we would sit and wait to be served a glass of wine for 20 minutes while the food on the plate was rapidly cooling off under the September's sea breeze. They seemed to pay attention exclusively to Italian guests who were showered with loud greetings, bright smiles and prompt service. Additionally, in the morning at the Café, we couldn’t come to the breakfast buffet bar and choose ourselves the food. We were not even allowed to get behind the breakfast bar. We stood behind of a hand rail and had to ask a member of staff to place on our plates this and that. That wasn't comfortable: the last thing I want is someone to watch how much food I take. Besides, if I'm paying for a breakfast buffet, I want to come to the breakfast bar and put on my plate as much or as little as I want without any restrictions. But the restrictions were applied on everything, even the fruits: we were given one fruit per person. As a resume I can say one thing: Italian hotel service never fails to disappoint. In my humble opinion, they always get their priorities wrong.
