Summary: Steep stairs. Room was "retro" and "quaint", but the plumbing under the bathroom sink was not installed correctly and leaked.

Summary: Very clean and lots of attention to amenities in terms of comfort and coffee/breakfast. No staff present-it’s all text check-in and communication, which I don’t personally like, but most people probably don’t mind that

Summary: This place is awesome! It’s right in the heart of Cloudcroft! You can walk to Mad Jack’s! The place is very very clean! If your looking for something fancy, this ain’t it, but if your looking for location, cleanliness, super nice host, quiet, and relaxing, this is your place.

Summary: Summit is clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. Parking is easy right at the Front door. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there are nice amenities like a cooktop and sink, microwave and refrigerator, bottled water, and a coffee maker. Be aware that all guest rooms are upstairs, so if climbing stairs with a suitcase is a challenge, you will want to consider somewhere else, because there is no elevator. Hosts communicate very well through texts, and are very helpful with local needs.

Summary: The Inn was in a great location. It ended up being right next door to the venue for the wedding we were attending. They provided the code and instructions to enter less than an hour before our check in time though text message. Super convenient. All we had to do to check out was reply by text. No fuss. The room was just like the pictures, nice decor. Very clean. Both heaters worked great. Our room had waters, coffee supplies for the Keurig, and even little make-up remover wipes. You can really tell there was a lot of thought and care put into making it a great stay for their guests. There was a good variety of breakfast items available, too! We definitely would stay again.
