Positive: The room was large and clean, with enough plug points. Kettle there & tea/coffee restocked daily, and 2 water bottles provided every day. Hairdryer in room and 2 nice beach towels additionally provided. Rack outside room to dry clothes. Strong WiFi. Breakfast was OK and flexible with timing. The manager and staff were extremely helpful (including taking me via Tuk Tuk to the health centre when I picked up a viral infection in Dhigurah). They also organised a whale shark & manter ray day trip for me, though price-wise it was slightly higher than other options I saw. It’s located within walking distance of some great restaurants and a supermarket, as well as the main shopping road. It’s also a close walk to the marina for the boats for day trips.

Negative: Not a fault of the property but guests should know that there is construction work going on literally next door - that meant noise day and night, including weekends. The whole island seems to have construction, so it’s quite off-putting in terms of a future visit.

Positive: We had a really great time at Sunbeach Dhigurah! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The beach is only a short walk away (3 Minutes) and the Bikini Beach in Digurah is just stunning. The Maledivian Breakfast was great and there are some great restaurants nearby to grab lunch or dinner. We enjoyed or stay a lot and would book Sunbeach Dhigurah again anytime. Thank you!

Positive: We enjoyed staying at Sun Beach Dhigurah. Location is perfect (close to restaurants and beach), the breakfast in the morning is delicious, staff very friendly and welcoming and plenty of activities. They organised the speedboat for us and waited at the dock for us. When leaving they also helped to bring our luggage to the dock This is a brand new establishment so they are still improving. If you do book a speedboat with them, do contact them a few days before and ask which counter at the airport to wait at. It does get quite hectic with the number of boats arriving at the same time

Positive: We can’t recommend this place enough! The staff at Sun Beach Dhigurah were incredibly kind and accommodating to both me and my partner during our 3-night stay. They even arranged for us to go snorkelling -free of charge. It was an unforgettable experience, and we had an amazing time being shown all the aquatic wildlife the corals had to offer. The staff were also very helpful from the moment of arrival - taking our luggage for us and getting us to the accommodation. They were great with organizing excursions, getting us to them and making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We asked for some bikes to cycle the island and they delivered them to the door of the accommodation and accommodated us when we asked to keep them for the next day- even though we asked around 9pm. The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfy- enough for a 12 hour sleep after lots of sleepless travelling. They always topped up the coffee, tea, and water, which was helpful for our early starts hunting the sunrise on the sandbank and for the whale shark tour we did. If you're looking for a place with warm hospitality, great experiences, and top-notch service Sun Beach Dhigurah is a great place to stay. For the cheapest accommodation we could find on Booking, it surpassed all expectations and then some.
