Summary: We stayed at this property for two months while we were searching for a new home in Sun City Texas to purchase. It is in a delightful neighborhood that is within easy reach to all of the community's amenities. The home is spacious and well equipped. We especially enjoyed sitting in the screened porch and watching the wildlife. Joe and Terry are excellent hosts and very responsive to any needs or questions. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Summary: We enjoyed our nearly 6 week visit, cut short due to our decision to delay our departure for Texas a few days to avoid driving in an ice storm. The property was conveniently located for our planned Sun City activities. Our hosts, Joe and Terry, were very responsive to a couple of issues that surfaced; dryer wasn’t drying and water softener wasn’t working. We also needed a tutorial on the TV as it wasn’t quite as intuitive as would have been helpful. This is our third trip to Texas to escape the ravages of the midwestern winter and our first to Georgetown. Since we prepare most of our meals, our VRBO experience has been consistent with our wish for better stocked kitchens including better quality pots, pans and bake ware and a few more dishes. Too, the beds were a bit too soft for us. We have learned to bring a few things, our preferred spices and such and make do. This was our first Sun City experience; unique for sure and definitely the community has its own culture. Joe and Terry were first-class hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Summary: I stayed at this property for several months. The owners are very responsive when you have a question or issue. Access to the property was very easy. The house is very clean, nicely situated in the community, wifi very good and has a lovely view out the back patio. I felt very comfortable the whole time here and appreciate the kindness of the owners. I would return.
