Positive: Family-style hotel reminiscent of the eighties. Very cozy and familial. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Communication with the hotel was highly efficient; even a very late-night arrival due to a flight delay was handled efficiently, and the keys were waiting for us at the reception desk in the early hours of the morning. The hotel is located right on the beachfront, just a few meters away, and is surrounded by small tavernas, which unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and tidy. We only stayed there for one night on our way up north, but in retrospect, I would have stayed an additional night

Positive: The location in front of the beach is ideal. The hotel needs renovation but it is good value for money for a two stars hotel. The breakfast is varied and has many options, our children loved eating melon, watermelon, peaches en fruit in the morning and we loved having a good cup of coffee. The restaurant has a variety of menus and we were able to eat there for 11 days. The owner is a nice friendly lady and they give you a ride to the supermarket and to the train station for free when it is necessary.

Negative: The shower was not comfy because you have to hold the shower in your hand and when you have children(8,11). They cannot shower by themselves because someone needs to hold the shower. There are no line buses and it is not easy to find a taxi but the hotel can arrange taxis for you. The internet connection is not stable. Your phone can have trouble finding a good network inside the room but if you go to the beach it works well. You can only use the wifi downstairs.

Summary: Affordable, calm and a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach.
