Positive: The room looked out to the ocean. It was so nice hearing the waves while falling asleep. The futon was comfortable and the room had all the required amenities.

Negative: It was an old building with some outdated facilities.

Positive: The location of the hotel is quite good. The sea view, sun rise , sun set view was excellent.

Negative: 1. It's far from the main city. 2. Transit is very difficult. Bus frequency is too low. No taxi service nearby. 3. The hotel seems very old.
