Summary: The rooms were cozy with the view with all the snow. The bar was fun, we got to watch the Olympics with a yummy beverage. Staff was very nice

Summary: Elevator was broken for 3 days so we had to lug all our bags every day - we were there for a hockey tournament so we had to bring gear in and out every day. The hotel staff were rude about letting our group use the fire pit. The food at the restaurant was over priced, didn’t like it and slow service even though mostly empty. The heater in the room made a horrible noise the whole time. The door keys were actual keys instead of cards which made me nervous about loosing. They charge extra for everything (resort fee, you had to rent sleds and couldn’t use your own, you had to buy their s’mores and can’t use your own). They don’t allow outside food or drinks - what are you supposed to do when there are only a handful of overpriced restaurants in town (25 mins away)? Also, no TVs in any rooms and no microwaves. We are super disappointed to spend $1,000 for 3 days with such circumstances.

Summary: We had the place to ourselves. As a result, the service was beyond excellent. We love this place and have stayed here a handful of times. It's definitely worth the drive from Seattle.

Summary: We experienced an extremely rude treatment from a front desk lady when we arrived in the evening. To be fair the next day person had a much better attitude. The room we had didn't feel like a four star hotel room and was pretty dated.

Summary: Our room was very nice size. We particularly appreciated the in m-room fireplace, though we spent most of our time by the fireplaces downstairs. Wish there was TV in the room, but not a big deal.

Summary: Rugs and fabrics got to go, decks need updating. Flowers were beautiful, horseback trail ride was fantastic. Fireplace was cozy, coffee and lemon water were good!!
