Summary: Super cute, newly renovated room with retro appeal! Pool and pool area were clean and inviting. Pool towels provided, which was nice. Would have given all 5 stars except we were in the end room #12 which shares a wall with the laundry room and was not too happy to be woken up at 6:30 am on Saturday morning by laundry machine noises.

Summary: The room was very nice, and clean. Need to remember children are welcome, so it can be loud at times. Pool was clean, but could have been warmer. The owner is very accommodating and professional. I would recommend Sun and Sand for younger families, with children.

Summary: The room was very nice and very updated. The retro appliances (just "retro" style and brand new) were very fun and added to our stay. Lots of great linens in the bathroom. We love Pt Austin area and were very pleased to find a nice local resort that was two miles from town.
