Summary: Perfect spot for a chill week at the lake and on the mountain! Access to Dewey Beach was a huge plus! Spacious house, well equiped kitchen and super responsive host. Walking distance to the harbor and Dewey Beach and a short drive to Mt. Sunapee and lots of area hiking! Great for one or two couples and lots of kids

Summary: The house was clean, nice linens and comfy bed. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Katie was very prompt in getting back to us when we had questions. The only downside was the outside space of the property was not kid friendly - we had 2 little boys who are used to playing outside in a yard. There were nice trails and a beach close by but due to traffic and roads, the boys always had to be closely supervised by adults at all times when outside.

Summary: Great stay at this property. Sleeps plenty. Everything we needed was there. We had a refrigerator issue and the ok owner came by with a dorm fridge and th ed repairman was there on that Monday. A/C was an unexpected bonus.

Summary: Our weekend stay at the Sunapee Retreat was perfect! Katie was very responsive and provided us with all of the information we needed. The house was clean, ready early and big enough for all ten of us! The house also is so close to the harbor and was a super easy walk. I would definitely book this house again!

Summary: Perfect distance to the harbor, Dewey Beach, and hikes. The Sunapee parade came right in front of the house! We must have walked to the harbor 10 times! It’s a beautiful place with plenty of room!

Summary: Sunapee Harbor is a beautiful little town and this cottage is only a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay, especially the fire pit in the back area. Responsive host and clean home.

Summary: This house was an excellent find. Great location close to everything downtown. The only downside was the heat and lack of AC in the upstairs area. The owner, Katie, was so accommodating. After notifying her of a couple of small issues when we arrived she drove two hours to check on us and even gave us a $30 gift card to a local ice cream shop for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this location!!
