Summary: The lady was a witch. But the gentleman i guess got on to her. He went and checked. And came back and said our room was ready. A rustic hotel but ok. The next lady was very friendly and kind.

Summary: Hotel is in a good location, rooms are clean but water for showers and toilet was very low pressure and sometimes didn’t work at all. We spoke to the reception about it and it appeared to be a normal thing and told to wait 30 mins it should get better, which it did but if your on a time schedule you could have an issue. I’m sure it was a stellar hotel in its day.

Summary: The hotel property location is absolutely beautiful. It appears either under reconstruction or in continual decay. It appears there is little or no staff present other than a couple who manage the front desk and the restaurant/bar alone. Dinner was very good and we appreciated the husband who was the only server and only person present. No one was present at breakfast and no one could figure out the coffee/expresso machine. However, for the price we paid for one night, we would most definitely cone back due to the beautiful view and quality bed and mattress. It was an excellent value for cruise passengers looking for a great night's sleep at a very reasonable rate. Our hope os that it is under improvement as the property is gorgeous and could be turned into a 5 star resort. It's only 4 kilometers from the Civitavecchia cruise port which makes it very convenient. Please know that dinner on their balcony was tremendous and we appreciated the service we received.

Summary: We visit before our cruise it was very nice and the views are amazing. Our balcony was amazing ……..remember traveling from USA you need euro plugs to charge electronics we didn’t remember .

Summary: The staff was wonderful but the room was very dirty. Far from city center and is very difficult to walk especially if you are with a stroller. And the Taxi is reaping you off

Summary: Staff was great. Room looked a little different than pics but overall we had a great experience. Service was great. A little old school with the actual room keys instead digital cards but I kinda liked that. Food at the restaurant was great, and the continental breakfast and coffee were outstanding.
