I had really good experience with Sunbeam, only one thing I did not like, and it's not connected with Sunbeam, if you are traveling with dog, closest dog friendly beach is 30 minutes drive in one way. Do not understand Navarre beach is really long beach, I mean really really long, and do not understand how *** they couldn't make couple more short places dog friendly. As I said there is a lot of space for humans and humans with dogs to share

Kitchen was especially nice (upgraded with top of the line appliances), and having a gas grill was awesome. Blue Moon staff were excellent communicators prior to, during, and after our stay.
