This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath, three-level condo offers 1,700 square feet with sleeping for 6 guests. The bedrooms are on the ground level, a few steps down from the front door. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 26-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a big double closet. The en suite master bathroom has a tiled vanity with a new sink & faucet and a tub/shower combo with glass doors. There is a deck* with built-in benches off the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on this level has two twin beds, a large closet, and a 26-inch flat screen and Roku TV. A full-sized washer/dryer is in the hall adjacent to the hall bathroom with a tiled vanity and a shower. This unit does not have A/C.
On the middle level are the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has rough-cut granite countertops, a new sink & fixtures, a double fridge, and a glass cooktop with an oven. The dining room has dim-able lighting over the dining table with seats for 6 to 8 and the kitchen counter has 2 bar stools. The living room has a 41-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a sofa and loveseat surround the flagstone gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace. A loft above the living room is accessed by stairs and includes two twin beds. The unit has access to a garage in the complex for one car and one additional outdoor parking space. One dog is welcome for stays over 30 days only.
Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub.
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).
Construction Notice: Sunburst buildings will be getting a new roof over the next 2 summers. Half of the buildings will be scheduled in summer 2026 and the other half in summer 2027. By booking during these dates, you acknowledge that construction will be happening during your stay, and construction noise will be audible from your condo.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. We travelled with our 3 small children and the proximity to the pool/hot tub was perfect! The home was also very clean and well stocked with extra towels and blankets. I would recommend they add some kid friendly dinnerware and drink ware, but we made do with what was there. My only complaint was that while we were there, the electricity got turned off on unit. We had just returned from taking a hike and were getting cleaned up when all of a sudden the power went out. We thought maybe there was an issue with the breaker, but came to find out that Idaho Power had shut off the electricity. Thankfully we were able to talk to a representative from Idaho Power about our situation, given that we had no control over the outstanding electricity bill being paid and were just renting the place for a few days. The gentleman we talked to was very empathetic and called the host management company, said he would turn the power back on for a little bit, but also couldn't guarantee he wouldn't have to come back the next day and shut it off again. Thankfully we never had another issue but we were very surprised that no one from the management company (Alpine Lodging) contacted us or communicated anything. When we checked out two days later, I mentioned the situation to the host again and they were very dismissive of the whole thing. Honestly it was just very odd and left us with a bad taste in our mouth for that location and it's host management company.

It was close to all of the sights and attractions we wanted to see. We cooked most of our meals at the condo, and while the kitchen is well stocked with dishes/cookware, you need to provide anything else you need for cooking (i.e. salt and pepper).

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay and had four days of wonderful skiing. Our condo was very nice but we had the loudest bed we had ever been in and if one of us moved at night the other was woken by the noise. This could be heard throughout the condo even upstairs. Along with that the washing machine was broken and that is one reason we choose a place to stay.

Clean , comfortable nice sized hot tub and faculties close to the mountain-4.5 miles. We will be back. Both the Mountsin and the condo was great. A steep mountain fantastic log lodges.

Reviewer Comments: This is the second time I’ve stayed in one of these sunburst units and it’s also the second time I’ve booked through Alpine Lodging. Both times I have left completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in process is a breeze. Very easy instructions. Condo was clean. I loved the multiple twin beds in the loft and downstairs bedroom. Great lounge area with a wood burning fireplace. The fire made for a great ambiance after a long day skiing. Condo is slightly outdated but that doesn’t affect the coziness or cleanliness. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: The place is very comfortable and conveniently located. It’s close to skiing and town. The checkin window is pretty tight and the checkin location is separate from the property but it isn’t bad and checkin was fine with some planning ahead. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The hot tub at the place was cold but we had access to the elkhorn pool which had a great hot tub. The kitchen isn’t stocked very well. Pans aren’t very good so glad we brought our own. And make sure to bring your own coffee filters. But the set up of the place is great for a group with a big open main floor and large dining table. Beds are comfy and good water pressure in the showers. Would book here again.

Summary: We loved it! We had a great and comfortable stay. One thing to be aware of- the railings to the side of the stairs and in the loft have slats wide enough for a small child to fit through. I was traveling with my children ages 2 and 4 and we had to block off those areas. Had they wanted to, they could have easily fallen from the loft out from the dining room area to the tiled entryway.
