Positive: The view from this room was the best! Pool, mountains….nobody right next to our balcony. We said so many times that we had the best location. The food was absolutely fantastic…just every dish was delicious and so unique.
Negative: We booked through booking not suncadia….front desk makes it very clear unwilling to help with much. We enjoyed despite. Lobby, halls, elevator….common areas POOL DECK never cleaned once while we were there and needed it! NOT THIS ROOM. IT WAS WONDERFUL!
Summary: Had a great time.Sonny from inn restaurant was such a great server! Made our dinner so special.

Negative: Poor communication. We arrived on schedule for 3 pm check in as per our check in instructions. The previous guests had checked out late, and so we arrived to our room and it was still being cleaned.

Positive: I was at Suncadia Lodge for a conference. The room was a large, 1 BR suite with a kitchen and small table in the BR for a desk. The accommodation was larger than I needed. The bathroom was a 1.5 with a full tub and separate shower. As I was solo, I only used the bed and bath while there for 2 nights. If I had been in the area for an extended stay, the room, which included a kitchen and living area with fireplace and two balconies (one off the living room and one off the BR), would have been ideal. Certainly large enough for a couple with a baby (there was even a playpen in the closet).
Negative: Furnishings and carpet were slightly worn and decor was dated. Shower drained slowly and light switch in the bathroom was stuck/wouldn't turn off. Mattress was not the most comfortable.

Negative: The Lodge is in need of a facelift as the rooms feel tired. We have stay in a number of different rooms and they all feel mostly the same. Good news is that Suncadia have slated upgrades to all the rooms.
