Positive: Great newly renovated appartment with modern furniture and appliances like washing machine, dishwasher. Very comfortable couch, a lot of space in the wardrobes, a family of 4 would enjoy. The terrase is a great plus, to get some fresh air in the evening. Location is great, a 15 min walk or 3 min Uber from the Old town city center. The underground garage is very convenient but a bit narrow. Anyhow I landed my Volvo V90 in it, which is almost 5 m long. The staff was extra helpfull, always available, when O needed some assitance and saved the day for me.

Positive: Absolutely perfect apartment in a fantastic location. Extremely clean and owners have thought of everything. So quiet and we slept so well both nights. Unfortunately we locked ourselves out of the property and owners could not have been more helpful and understanding, nothing was too much trouble for them and we couldn’t have been more grateful. They were incredibly responsive with all communication! Would 100% recommend this property to everyone. We had a perfect stay, thank you so much

Negative: The keypad lock/key for check-in was a tad hard to find. Managed in the end. Bedside table was a bit wobbly. Else everything is good.

Positive: Explanations to collect the keys were clear and photos were appreciated. The apartment was great, spacious kitchen/living room. All is there, pod coffee machine, microwave, hob (unlocked now), plates, pan/pots, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, AC... Accessible by lift or stairs. Tea, coffee pods, spices were left for new vacationers. Very conveniently located minutes away from a busy pedestrian street full of places to eat and drink. The owner was very responsive.
Negative: Appliances should be as easy to use as the Dolce Gusto coffee machine, no need to read a manual to use it while on holiday. Toaster would be a nice addition. The bedroom walls seem quite thin as we fell asleep to the Champion's League anthem coming from the neighbors apartment, well after midnight, to be woken up by hard rock music... And could hear the TV late evenings during the week. It seems apartments on both side can also be rented so we kept seeing people coming and going by the terrace, which was strange, and impacted the privacy, and unsure if safe to even walk on this metallic structure. Workers or inconsiderate upstairs neighbour cleaned debris straight onto the terrace and furniture as we were about to enjoy a coffee outside. The bins shed is in the entrance of the building so as soon as it gets very warm, it becomes smelly. Air fresheners were placed in corridor.
Summary: A great apartment let down by its surroundings.
