Negative: The hot water took a bit to get to the room for a shower but we made it work

Negative: This is an older motel so didn't expect too much. Room was clean, had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was a one night stay and was fine for that. Room was clean and the check in staff friendly and helpful re places to eat.

Negative: Was really upset about this: We travelled from far to go to a funeral and arrived a few hours before check-in. We asked if we could have the room a little early in the case it was already ready, so we could change before the funeral. They said we could, but requested a early check-in fee!!!!... what ????... I would understand a refusal if the room is not ready, but why couldn't they accommodate clients if the room is already done??? It's not like they can book it in between!!! ... Also do they offer late check-in rebate then????... NO... so this is a new think that is really not showing good hospitality to clients. Next time I will check into another place.
