Reserve our quiet countryside cottage in Leon Springs (suburb of San Antonio) and stay close to several city attractions. 10 minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, shopping and dining at The Rim and La Cantera malls, UTSA, and hiking trails. 15 minutes from Boerne and it’s community of shops, Helotes, and Grey Forest.
Fast Independent Wifi. Perfect for remote work and streaming.
Pet Friendly - No breed or weight restrictions. Large Kennel provided for when pets are left alone. Please do not allow your pets get on the furniture or bed.
Roku Tv with Youtube TV subscription for entertainment.
Handicap and luggage friendly - Doorways are 32" wide.
5 minute drive: Walmart and HEB. HEB is one of the best supermarket chains in the nation. Several dine in restaurants and fast food restaurants: Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Wingstop, Whataburger, and several more. 3 coffee shops: Starbucks, 2 local shops, 4 Gas stations, 2 Car Washes
Extra Bed: There is an air mattress that can be setup in the living room. Please request prior to your arrival.
Events: Please don't use the cottage to host parties or large gatherings. You will be escorted off the property and your reservation will be canceled.
Laundry: Please use the laundry room as needed. Detergent, dryer sheets, iron, iron mat, and spray starch provided.
Trash:
Please tie and knot your trash bags to reduce flies. Please dump your trash bags in one of the trash containers located across the driveway, Brown (Normal) Blue (Recycle).
Damage:
Accidents happen. If there is any damage to the property please let me know and we can go through the claims process.
The unit is professionally cleaned after each reservation and we inspect each cleaning job.
AC units are manual and remote. Remote controllers are attached to the each unit.
