Negative: Just cleaning could have been better, the couch sheets were not washed and had blood stains that transferred to the mattress and crumbs. The stairs were a bit loose. And back door was loose. Some dishes were still dirty but not bad.
Summary: We enjoyed it despite the lack of cleanliness.

Positive: Convenient location and great nightly rate! Loved that it was near the Birding center, and not too far from the beach. This was my dog’s senior beach trip and his last vacation unfortunately. He loved the fenced yard!
Negative: Our access code stopped working more than a few times. Getting locked out with a dog who was on his last vacation due to deteriorating health, was quite tough on him. Fenced yard was great, but the tall fence did really keep mosquitoes in, so it was more extreme than anywhere else on the island. There was also a neighbor who kept coming over to talk to us and walk his dog in our carport, which was very odd and made us and the renters next door very uncomfortable.

Positive: Quite location. At least during our stay. Nicely equipped kitchen with Cookware, cooking utensils, dishes and appliances. No pizza cutter, if you are going cook a pizza. We left the pizza pan we bought while there. Hand held can opener. No electric one. Wasn't an issue. Overall, it was a lot better than the hotel we normally stay at while Port A. And the price was about same. We plan on renting it again next year.
Negative: Three or four of the steps were a little loose. The shower curtain liner was not cleaned. Second bedroom did not have a TV in it. Some of the hinges in the kitchen had loose screws. Nothing major.
