Positive: The unit was quaint and small, but it had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. Owners live nearby but are not within sight of the rental unit. The outdoor firepit and hammock swing were a p Hubby loves nature and this unit enabled him to venture off for a hike which he enjoyed.
Negative: Personal preferences - but they are not "must haves". -Bigger bed for taller/bigger people -A little more space between the toilet and the wall. :-) -Fewer pillows on the bed. There's no place to put them when you want to use the bed. We put them on the 2 living room chairs, but then were not able to use them! Also, would be nice to have a love seat vs. 2 hard chairs. Really - these are personal preferences. We had a great time overall and look forward to our next visit.
Summary: Small but private place with only a short drive to civilization. Great for an off-the grid weekend!
