Negative: Dishwasher was nonfunctional until we fixed it Easter morning. Reported it Thursday morning and the chatbot always said it was reported. Never heard from anyone re: when it would be fixed. Also got yelled at by the neighbors for parking on the street. Would have been nice to know that in the house rules.

Positive: Hosts were friendly and communicated throughout the stay. House was clean at check in besides a few little things. The bikes were fun. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors.
Negative: The description on booking.com did not match what we found in the home. It listed 3 bedrooms each having their own private bathroom. The house did have 3 bedrooms and the master had a private bathroom but the other 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom. So there were only 2. The description also said each bedroom had a tv. There were no tvs in any of the bedrooms. The 10 am check out is a little early. 11 would be ideal. The house was clean but we did find a fake fingernail under the coffee table, urine on the back of the master to toilet, and quite a lot of hair behind the door and in the shower of the shared bathroom.
Summary: Nice house, quiet neighborhood, just a few issues.

Positive: Location! Loved the neighborhood. Only 5 doors down from friends we were visiting. What a treat to be able to walk to their house every day. The best home away from home!
Negative: Locating house was a bit confusing as house # & mail box # did not match. Additionally, key code initially did not work. However, a quick call to host got us into home.
Summary: Sunglow Townhouse will always be our first choice when visiting in Boise ID area!

Negative: We arrived a day early and called to see if property was available. The good news it was and we booked an additional day which makes things easier,but was charged a higher rate. Seems the better answer is to book at the same rate of the 6 days we were staying. Still cheaper than a hotel and probably a service business issue but just a thought. Washer didn’t work which is no one’s fault and just poor timing as things happen but a perfect stay would have no issues, so just an honest review as the place worked great for us and would, stay again no problem
