Summary: Many restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.Attractive apartment.Nice couch in living room, but if 4 people rented the apartment, there wouldn't be enough seating. Kitchen was well equipped. Used table for meal prep as there was practically no counter space.Very nice to have a 1st floor half bath.Both bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet and drawers/shelves, good beds.Front bedroom was noisy and blinds let in too much light. Fortunately, the 2 of us used the back bedroom, which was quiet and dark.When we had a plumbing issue, host took way too long to respond, although they did resolve it.Wonderful to have a reserved parking spot behind the building, but host wouldn't give us a back door key so we could access it directly.

Summary: The location was perfect for walking just about anywhere we needed to go! Two bedrooms were a plus for me, my husband, and his sister. The half bath downstairs was also appreciated!

Summary: I never received check in info. I had to call the host to be able to access the home. Upon going into the home, I noticed the poctures online did not match the home. Flooring was different, there was only a very small washer in the kitchen. Not big washer and dryer that

Summary: This is a very nice 2-story, 2-bedroom apartment within walking distance of downtown Frederick. The apartment had everything we needed. The back gate was stuck while we were there, but that didn't change our enjoyment of this rental.
