Summary: This property was perfect for us (spouse, dogs, and me). Quiet neighborhood where I could walk the dogs and close to lots of things to do, places to eat, and places to shop.

Summary: My family and I loved our stay! The home was beautiful, and comfortable and located within a quiet neighborhood. We have marked it as our place to stay when visiting the area. I do recommend the homeowner do a walk-through of the home before guests arrived as the cleaning staff left an empty can of beer in the shower in the second bathrooom. Other than that, we overly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We picked this home as a halfway point between visiting friends in Bradenton and in Ft. Meyers. This is a well-kept home, very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the full-size kitchen was well appointed. It was easy to keep clean as we went back and forth. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and on a cul-de-sac where there is very little traffic. Additionally the home has an alarm system. We took several walks thru the neighborhood. While there are no sidewalks it was still very safe, as traffic was light and drivers were friendly and vigilant. We also enjoyed the screened-in lanai on the east side of the home, giving us relief from the intense afternoon sun. We highly recommend this home for its cleanliness, quiet surroundings, and appointments.
