Unique holiday stay for your family. Enjoy the sunny days in Torre Del Mar on the large roof terrace with fantastic views of the surroundings. Sun loungers, terrace furniture are available. Delicious enjoyment is on the agenda. The apartment is located 500 meters from the wide sandy beach and the wonderful promenade (paseo) of Torre Del Mar. The paved sandy strip on the beach is wonderful to make beautiful walks while enjoying a pleasant sea breeze. The apartment is located near the center in a small-scale building of only 3 floors. A car is not necessary. Shops such as Dia, Mercadona are a 5-minute walk away.
In the living room, dining room, kitchen you can enjoy the beautiful bright Spanish sunlight. There is a flatscreen Hd smart TV , TV Flanders, German channels, Wifi, radio,
The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave oven, a halogen hob, hood and a fridge with freezer. There is both a normal and a Nespresso coffee machine so you can enjoy your personal coffee. Furthermore, a juicer and toaster, kettle with teapot for a good breakfast. Some coffee pads, tea, olive oil and various herbs are always ready.
Three bedrooms, two with double bed (1.60x2m) (1.40x2m) with comfortable semi-hard mattresses. The bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet is adjacent to the main bedroom.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m) with comfortable mattress and mattress topper. The shower room with toilet, washbasin, mirror cabinet and shower is located opposite the bedroom with the twin beds.
Air conditioning (hot + cold) in the entire house.
Via the staircase in the living room you come to the private roof terrace of 70m2 where you can sunbathe in deck chairs. Moreover, there is a large sun protection. For a cozy dinner there is a BBQ (plancha) and wooden furniture. To the living room there is a small terrace of 6m2. The proximity of the sea, affordable restaurants, shops, shopping center 'el ingenio' and the water park 'aqua velis' is an added value for your stay.
There is a sports school in front of the building so that you can see something on the playground all day long. So there is life but not disturbing.

Summary: Very good stay and apartment. Apartment was exactly described and pictured very well. No surprises and everything as expected. Convenient location and efficient layout. Feels bigger. Extraordinarily clean and well kept / best of classs in Spanish apartments. Good preparation and introduction. Quick assistance during stay and clear leaving communication. Overall a very good experience!

Summary: Check in was only glitch but issue with gps as two same numbers on the street, one an address other was a unit not far away. Unit was very what we hoped for. Even had some items such as salt and peppers. The roof top patio was the best feature as we spent some time up there having our lunch and sunning. The area is super as many very good restaurants mostly attended by locals not tourists like us. Short walk to Passeo Maritimo and center of Torre del Mar. Fourth time staying in area dn would book again.

Summary: Lovely accommodation, everything you could want for a self-catering holiday. Great sun terrace, loved it very spacious and quiet . The accommodation is very comfortable, slept really well 😴. The location is in the centre of town . There lots of restaurants and bars , serving good quality food.

Summary: This a three bedroom flat with a balcony off the living room and a fabulous roof terrace suitable for 6 people. There is a barbecue should you wish to use. There are great views. There is everything should you wish to cook in the flat. There are some great local restaurants and tapas bar on your doorstep, along with the Beach. Veronique is a great host should you need to contact her. I will be returning.

Summary: The apartment keeps what it promises. The equipment is comfortable and almost new. The terrace is great and you can sit and grill there for a long time in the evening. The sunset over the inland is beautiful. The location of the apartment is exactly as described. Dia and pharmacy can be reached in five minutes on foot. Larger purchases can be done in ten minutes by car. The beautiful beach can be reached in ten minutes on foot. There are bars and restaurants for every taste everywhere in town. The communication with the agency worked well. A complaint was resolved within twenty-four hours. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Summary: We stayed at Veronique's flat for four weeks at the beginning of this year. We were welcomed at the property and given all the necessary advice and help. The owner was always available via email to help us (when the boiler had a slight leak) and this was sorted out very quickly. The property was very clean, well maintained and excellently equipped. We really enjoyed both the balcony and roof terrace even though it was January. It is very close to local bars, restaurants, a large supermarket and all the amenities the beach has to offer. We will certainly like to return.

Summary: A fantastic apartment which is beautifully furnished. Excellent kitchen facilities, including lovely touches of basket with Oils, Herbs, Spices etc. dishwasher tablets and cleaning products available. Plenty of clean towels and bedding provided. Roof terrace is very large, lovely for relaxing, although only 2 sunbeds available. Veronique could not have been more helpful and accommodating, any question we had she answered immediately. The apartment is close to several supermarkets and restaurants and a short walk to the lovely promenade and beach, which had super fish restaurants and bars all along. A great place to spend a week in some lovely winter sunshine, would thoroughly recommend the area and the apartment. Thanks Veronique.

Summary: The apartment is in a very convenient location with a great fish restaurant next door and many tapas bars and shops nearby. The sea and marvellous promenade is a short walk away. Lots of free parking around the area but, unless you want to play golf or go to the El Ingenio shopping mall, you really don't need a car - everything you need for a great holiday is within walking or bus distance. Inside, the property is well-furnished and equipped with everything visitors need for a comfortable stay. Thanks for mentioning the Nespresso coffee machine in the description, so I was able to bring some of my favourite coffee pods. Lots of towels and cleaning products too, which is all very helpful. The apartment is very bright, clean and generally quiet. It feels very homely and welcoming. Communications before the stay with Veronique and during, with Tony locally, were excellent. The pool and garden area is spotless and well-kept. The thing that sets this property apart is the stunning roof terrace, accessed from the lounge via a spiral staircase. Lovely town and mountain views, sunshine and shade available all day, barbecue facility and effective solar lighting. We spent a lot of time up there. We love Torre del Mar and are delighted to have found such an excellent place to stay. We will definitely book again and have recommended it to friends and family.
