Summary: Wat een fantastische locatie! Echt midden in de bossen. Aankomst door beheerster, alles netjes uitgelegd. Huis gedateerd en geen luxe, maar goed wat wil je verwachten voor deze prijs. Huisje kon wel schoner, dit ook gemeld bij vertrek. Wat problemen met het warme water maar is later door beheerster goed gecompenseerd in de prijs! Al met al hebben wij er een super vakantie gehad en genoten van de natuur!

Summary: We've been here four times now. The location of the house is fantastic it's right next to the forest and although there is not much equipement, the garden is great to relax or to play games. The house itself is big enough for 10 people. However, the interior is somewhat outdated and worn out. The shower didn't have hot water all the time. In spite of this, we had a great time. The housekeeper was very friendly.

Summary: Goed contact met verhuurder. Accommodatie zoals omschreven. Fantastische (afgelegen) ligging in de bossen te bereiken via een zand/kiezelpad. Veel groen en grasvelden rondom het huisje. Huisje zelf is compleet uitgerust met voldoende bedden, grote eettafel en voldoende stoelen. Keuken is compleet en voorzien van koelkast, vriezer, afwasmachine, oven en magnetron. Voldoende borden, bestek, glazen, kookgerei en pannen. De 5 slaapkamers zijn prima ingericht. Sommige met wastafel en meesten met kledingkast. 2 badkamers boven, niet heel ruim. Douchen moet in het bad. Een van de badkamers heeft schuin dak waardoor de douche erg laag hangt (op schouderhoogte). Buiten zou iets meer tuinmeubilair mogen komen. Er is bijvoorbeeld geen ruime tafel met voldoende stoelen. Wel 2 picknicktafels in matige staat. Toilet beneden is in de garage te vinden, via buiten te bereiken, wat niet heel praktisch is. Huiskamer voorzien van kleine tv, voldoende meubilair, en WiFi. Algemene staat van het huis is oke. Alles zit erop en eraan, maar het is allemaal redelijk verouderd. Ook is het vrij stoffig. In de omgeving kan je goed wandelen/hiken en van de bossen genieten. Malmedy ligt op 20 minuten rijden waar de supermarkten en tankstations zitten. Je komt hier voor de afgelegen ligging midden in de natuur met veel privacy in een compleet ingericht huis.

Summary: De villa is oud en niet luxe. Het warm water doet het niet altijd goed en er zijn veel extra kosten (bijvoorbeeld 5 euro per vuilniszak en 5 euro per uur voor de verwarming). De rustige ligging en de afwezigheid van buren maakt echter een hoop goed. Je kunt hier prima een muziekje aan zetten en laat borrelen met je vrienden. Niemand zal last van je hebben. Neem wel al je boodschappen mee. De supermarkt is ver weg. Bij goed weer prima voor een vriendenweekend dus.

Summary: Het ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en met een uitgebreide uitleg. Men kan steeds iemand bereiken moesten er vragen zijn of moest er zich iets voor doen in het huis tijdens het verblijf. Het huis is gelegen in een mooie, groene en rustige omgeving. Je stapt de (grote) tuin uit en kan beginnen aan een wandeling!

Summary: Prachtige charme-woning op unieke locatie, rust temidden van de natuur; intussen een vaste waarde voor weekends met vriendengroep! Goede ontvangst en communicatie vanwege de uitbaters. Wij komen zeker terug.

Summary: Prima huisje om te verblijven met een aantal vrienden. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt; een grote koelkast, comfortabele bedden en meerdere wc's. Wij hadden prachtig weer dus we hebben weinig tijd binnen doorgebracht. Binnen is het interieur wel aardig verouderd dus om een heel weekend binnen te zitten lijkt mij minder prettig. Maar zeker een aanrader gezien de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding!

Summary: De omgeving van het huis is prachtig direct voor het huis begint het bos. Er is een groot grasveld (beetje schuin tegen de heuvel op). We werden prima ontvangen. De borg is wat hoog, maar alles werd op de laatste dag van het verblijf keurig verrekend.

Summary: We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen een goede rondleiding en advies. We kregen in het algemeen waarvoor we betaalden een heel basic woning met alles wat je nodig hebt, maar geen luxe. Dat hadden we ook niet verwacht. De ligging was echt afgelegen met alle bijhorende voor- en nadelen. Zeer rustig, wandelingen kan je starten vanaf de voordeur, mooie uitzichten en soms zijn er dieren te spotten,... maar langs de andere kant heb je 's morgens wel een uurtje (met de auto!) nodig om ontbijt te gaan halen (Malmédy). Zelfs geen bakker in de buurt (en ook geen café). De hygiëne was ok, maar verwacht geen spicspan huis. Een muisje kan ook wel, maar dat is normaal wanneer je zo afgelegen ligt. Het internet werkte de eerste dagen traag tot zeer traag, maar de laatste dagen was het plots zo traag dat het volledig onbruikbaar was. De luchtverwarming werkt goed en zeer snel. Het warm water werkt ook goed. Tips voor de eigenaar 1. we vertrouwden u wel, maar toch is het volgens ons beter wanneer u de meterstanden gezamenlijk nakijkt. 2. er zijn verschillende wandelroutes vlakbij het huis. Probeer een folder te voorzien waarin deze beschreven staan. 3. lichtje boven de voordeur herstellen voor de sleutel en de rokers
