Our vacation home is centrally located in Okanagan Falls just a short walk to the warmest lake around and only 12 kms to Penticton.
Departure day is set to Saturday or Sunday only. Please check with owner for approval outside of the days listed.

The guest is expected to clean the stove top/oven & BBQ after use. Extra charge of $100.00 will apply.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will be taken from security/damage deposit.

Summary: Overall the stay was ok. House was a great size for us. However, the beds are very uncomfortable as are the pillows. The windows don't open. And the lack of basic supplies, such as toilet paper, garbage bags and recycling bags was frustrating. When you know you have that many people staying for that amount of time i feel like those kind of supplies should be provided appropriately.

Summary: We were here for two weeks in August and overall was a very pleasant stay. The House: - Large split level house with 3 br up, 1 br down - Plenty of living space, quite spacious for a rental house - A bit dated interior in parts, but very functional & comfortable with all appliances & air conditioning working properly - Big flat backyard with newer BBQ, patio furniture, and covered area. Peaceful in the evenings with good shade and not a ton of road noise coming through. The Area: - Not too much in Okanagan Falls itself, we spent time in surrounding areas as well (Penticton, Osoyoos, Oliver, etc) - The house does have a very nice family friendly beach within walking distance. Mainly sandy, shallow (good for small kids), splash park, lots of shaded areas, never very busy. - OK Falls has a nice new grocery store as well as a few restaurants (mainly pizza and ice cream). Overall we had a nice time at the property and everything went well! A very viable option vs. some of the more expensive areas of Interior BC and definitely good if you need a bit of space - would recommend to others.

Summary: We've been using vacation rental homes every year, this is one of those good ones that has everything you need. Well maintained , organized, clean and owner/manager is easy to reach. Will be back again.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful property, our entire family felt like we were at home. This was our first time visiting the area and it was absolutely perfect. We are from the east coast and staying in OK falls felt exactly like home. We will definitely be returning again in the future and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else except Maria & Kens. We are so grateful that they have rented their property for others to use and cannot wait till we can return again. We live in Grande Prairie AB so not much to see here so it was absolutely amazing to be able to stay in this home in such a beautiful location. Maria always responds quickly no matter how many questions you have. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home. We give them 10/10 and recommend anyone to choose this home for their stay. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Penticton everyday with a short drive to OK falls

Summary: The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful backyard with 2 separate seating areas so the adults and teens could separate. Short walk to a great park on Skaha lake. Homeowners responded promptly to our questions. And the kids loved the foosball table.
