This cozy bungalow has 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 6. Located in a quiet neighbourhood that is a short drive to several beaches (Port Franks, Grand Bend, Pinery & Ipperwash) and within walking distance to the Ausable River Cut Conservation Area. The long driveway can fit 3 cars and the back and front yards are large enough for endless outdoor fun. The house has central AC as well as Wi-Fi.
Sunny Shores Retreat is located in a lovely, quiet area, which makes it a perfect vacation from city life! Come and relax in our beautifully decorated getaway. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the myriad of beautiful birds that love to come and visit! Relax and unwind in the newly installed hot tub! Sunny Shores has a kitchen that is fully equipped as well as toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
There is a washer and dryer that is available for stays of 5 nights and over.
Outside there is a fire pit, natural gas BBQ and a hot tub for guest use. Fire wood is provided for guest use.
HOT TUB RULES
For your safety and enjoyment, please make sure to:
- Follow the instructions located on the fridge regarding the addition of shock, chlorine granules and hot tub temperature setting.
- Not jump or dive into the hot tub.
- Not have any food, glass, soaps, oils or bodily fluid in the hot tub.
- Supervise children around the hot tub.
- Replace hot tub cover after each use and not sit on hot tub cover.
- Turn off jets and lights after use.

Summary: This spot was perfect for a one night getaway. It was quaint and very quiet due to its secluded location. The cottage was very well stocked...the turntable and old 33 1/3RPM albums were a nice touch! Hosts were very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: What an awesome cottage! Beautifully decorated with beachy decor. We have stayed at lots of places in Canada and the U.S. and this cottage by far was the best stocked. Someone must have watched Scott McGillivray's Vacation House Rules - rule 1 - be your guest. They have thought of everything, from open shelving in the kitchen so you aren't hunting for things, an awesome coffee bar, where other units don't even offer coffee filters, we had lots of options. There were comfy big robes to wear out to the hot tub, and even hooks to hang them outside! Everything thought out. The cottage was spotless. We would highly recommend staying at this property. Don't forget to stop in at Grogs for the best pizza around.

Summary: This was the first time since the pandemic that our family stayed outside of our house and city. Tamara made this experience smooth and easy. She responded so quickly to my millions of questions before and during our stay. Sunny Shores was exceptionally functional, clean and relaxing. Every detail was thoughtful and appealing. The recommendations that Tamara gave for sightseeing and restaurants were spot on. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was a short drive to all the sights. The fire pit and the hot tub were calming and enjoyable. Before we checked out, we booked our next stay in the summer. Thank you Tamara for an amazing experience!

Summary: This was a girls week get together We all had a great time at this cottage. Tamara was a great host. The cottage was lovely and very clean. It was well stocked and the coffee bar had a great selection. It was really nice relaxing in the hot tub and having a fire at night . It was central to London and Sarina so we had lots of great shopping. It was a perfect mix of quiet and peaceful and not a long drive to get to the city. It was a quiet neighborhood and the neighbour's were friendly. Lots of privacy. I will definately rent this again.

Summary: Wonderful girls getaway spot. Very relaxing time had by all! Attention to detail is fantastic, right down to the peanut butter and jam packets .Enjoyed the hot tub and deck.Looking forward to returning and making s'mores at the fie pit.
