Summary:
Sun drenched and spacious, this two bedroom apartment is located on Banks Ave. Just a few minutes stroll and you’ll have your toes in the sand or be in the heart of downtown Mount. Situated on the first floor, this light and airy apartment is the perfect pick for families or friends. Enjoy drinks on the large sunny deck or a dip in the refreshing pool. The master bed is queen size, with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a bunk with a queen bed at the bottom and a large single up top.
The Space:
Located on the first floor of Long Beach apartment block this sun-drenched apartment comes with two secure underground car parking spaces.
Take the lift to the apartment and you’ll find two large bedrooms. One with a queen bed and en-suite with bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a pull out single bed underneath available on request. We no longer have the bunk bed in the photo. The second bathroom has a shower and the laundry.
The open plan living flows out onto the deck. Perfect for a lazy morning or relaxing afternoon. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need if you are eating in and you’ll find a BBQ out on the deck.
The outdoor pool is heated from Labour weekend to end of Easter.

Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables…….Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas.

Head to main beach where new surfers can grab a lesson and watch the more experienced catch a wave or two. If the wind is up the kite surfers will be out in force. Or just chill and enjoy a refreshing swim.
Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses…..Summer or Winter there’s no excuse not to get the clubs out.
For groceries you’ll find an accessible New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and a slick city eatery.
10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema (opens December 2020). Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.
